Private with amenities
I'm a long time Hipcamper and enjoy the more private campsites, and this is one of the best I have been to. It is isolated, but has all the amenities you would need. Lots of good gravel roads in the area to bike on too!

My husband and I and our little dog took our first trip in our new to us Class B Camper this past weekend and our first ever HipCamp reservation. Joe was quick to respond to all our questions and was very helpful. The site is private and had great night sky views. We took the trip to try to capture the northern lights and we were successful. We ended up cutting our weekend trip short because of a flat tire and other plans for Mother's day, but we will definitely be back again. Having privacy, electric hookup, a clean porta potty, and running water helped tremendously! The trails were maintained in the woods and we all (dog included) enjoyed them.

Great site and accommodations
We really enjoyed staying at Joseph's place. It's unique and well worth the stay for several reasons. First, it's a single site property, which I found amazing. The privacy is a huge selling point, without giving up space as it's a good size property. Second, the shower, sink, and enclosed sitting space are really unique and super convenient. He also has complimentary firewood and a great size fire ring. The clearing space is a great size, while still being surrounded by woods. And there are several trails, although we didn't have a chance to do much exploring. And Joseph communicated very well and provided a great instruction document with info about the area before arriving. We didn't see Joseph, but to be honest, it was nice to just be able to come in and out as we please on our own. I highly recommend!
